La Crosse's annual Interstate Fair kicks off this

Volunteers were out today setting up to host the livestock.
and of course the big variety of food vendors.
Organizers are finally getting a break this year.
High temperatures are expected to top out in the mid
much nicer than the scorchers they've seen in recent
They're hoping it draws a bigger crowd to see the
variety of showcases.
Photography to livestock to woodworking, there's a
lot of flowers, a lot of things the normal person
does after a job.
The fair opens tomorrow at 4-45 in the afternoon.
and runs through Sunday evening.
You can find it at the fairgrounds on County Road
just north of Highway 16 in West Salem.
Parking and admission is free.
