In this evening's compassion spotlight.
U-W La Crosse students take on an online drinking
with a social media challenge of their own.
It's called Nice Nominations.
The students who work as building managers at the
Recreational Eagle Center are challenging their peers
to perform random acts of kindness.
in place of potentially dangerous things.
As you can see...Those actions are recorded and shared
on social media with a challenge.
It doesn't even have to be connected to the game anymore,
now it's just doing acts of kindness to help your
community, small or big.
You don't have to wait to get a challenge, you can
always do your own nice nominations and challenge
your friends and co-workers or family members to do
something good, something positive.
The students also challenged other U-W system schools.
hoping the movement goes viral.
You can find the full videos from the nice nominations
on U-W-L's website.
just search nice nominations.
