MUSCATINE, Iowa (AP) -

A 23-year-old man has been arrested and charged in the fatal shooting of a Muscatine man.

Muscatine County Attorney Alan Ostergren says Jordan Daufeldt was arrested on Sunday. Daufeldt is accused of killing 23-year-old Troy Ott. A news release from Ostergren's office says officers were sent to a Muscatine address after a 911 call at 3:50 p.m. Sunday. They found Ott, who had been shot several times. He was pronounced dead later at Unity Point Trinity Hospital in Muscatine.

Daufeldt is being held without bail in Muscatine County Jail and is charged with first-degree murder. Online court records don't list the name of Daufeldt's attorney.
