In less than two weeks, crowds will be packing the fest grounds for La Crosse's annual Oktoberfest Celebration.

Monday, we found out who will be the Maple Leaf and Torchlight parade marshals.

This year, Ed Biddick and his wife Jean will lead the Maple Leaf parade. Biddick is retired from his work with the DOT and spends much of his free time volunteering.

For the torchlight parade, it will be Jane Molstad and her husband Jim. Jane taught P.E. at Logan High School for 31 years before retiring 10 years ago, and has been a host mom with the loggers for the past nine years.

They're both excited to get out and talk to the festers. "If you've never been to it, you're missing something, it's great for the whole family," said Biddick. "I'm looking forward to just meeting the people and greeting the people.," said Molstad.

The Maple Leaf Parade is Saturday the 29th starting at 10 a.m. The Torchlight Parade is Thursday, October 4th and gets going at 7 p.m.
