1975: Actress Drew Barrymore, whose breakout role came in 1982 as a 6-year-old in Steven Spielberg's "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial," is born in Culver City, Calif. A member of the Barrymore acting family, she has since go on to star in movies such as "Poison Ivy," "Boys on the Side," "The Wedding Singer," "Never Been Kissed," "Charlie's Angels" and "50 First Dates."
