1946: Musician Robby Krieger, best known as the guitarist for the rock band The Doors, is born in Los Angeles, Calif. Krieger wrote some of The Doors' best known songs, including "Light My Fire," "Love Me Two Times," "Touch Me" and "Love Her Madly."
