1993: A judge in Mineola, N.Y., sentences Joey Buttafuoco to six months in jail for the statutory rape of Amy Fisher. Fisher, meanwhile, was serving a prison sentence for shooting and wounding Buttafuoco's wife, Mary Jo, on May 19, 1992. A 16-year-old at the time, Fisher was having an affair with Buttafuoco.
