Cucumber-Yogurt Dressing

Makes about 1½ cups

1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
½ cup diced cucumber
¼ cup minced red onion
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, cucumber and red onion.  Stir in lemon juice. Cover and chill until serving.
Per tablespoon: 5 calories, 0 g fat, 1 g protein, 1 g carbohydrates, 0 g fiber, 10 mg sodium
