Crunch Broccoli Salad


·         1 large bunch of fresh broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces

·         1 small red onion, sliced thin

·         1 tablespoons bacon bits

·         1/2 cup raisins

·         1/2 cup chopped walnuts

·         3/4 cup Jimmy's nonfat coleslaw dressing


Combine broccoli, onion, bacon bits, raisins and walnuts in a salad bowl.
These ingredients will keep in the refrigerator for up to four days (covered).
Add dressing just before serving. Toss and serve. Makes eight 1 cup servings.
