Rip Torn, a nominee for 1984's "Cross Creek," was arrested in December 2006 in Westchester, N.Y., and charged with drunken driving after his car collided with a tractor-trailer. He eventually pleaded guilty and had his license suspended for 90 days and paid a $380 fine.
